  • Lighting retailers. First of all those who have warehouses and showrooms and secondary – all other lighting sellers.

  • Architects, designers and bureaus who can use our products in projects.

  • Furniture sellers who sell lighting as well.

 

Area:

  • At the moment we work in Russia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. 

 

Main instruments to support sells:

  • Giving the Lighting Company presentation: telling about brand history and products, showing new products, demonstration of lighting samples, giving catalogs and all accompanying materials, provided by the Lighting Company.

  • Giving trainings to salesmen.  That is full company presentation, accenting on advantages and special features of the products, providing all materials and information for success selling.

  • Providing all kind of assistance with the projects to architects, designers or even final clients in case of need. Creating projects, including creating specifications.

  • In case of not standard requests (especially with nontype lightings) we formulate engineering  request to the Lighting Company.

  • Inform clients about project protection system to grant profit from the Lighting Company for clients who have really put products into projects.

  • Lighting consulting.

  • Assistance in cooperation between clients and the Lighting Company.

  • Technical support during installations, working on claims and other after sale services.

 

Main instruments for promotion:

  • Using our own IT system (CRM) let us work effective with more than thousand of clients. All of them are systematized by type of activity, have real updated contacts, location (that all displayed on the map) and full history of cooperation.

  • Active searching for new clients and updating existing database.

  • Up to 15 visits of clients per day for presentations, trainings, promotion and working with projects.

  • Direct mailing of News, Catalogs, Price lists and terms (according to the Lighting Company policy).

 

Reports and communications with the Lighting Company:

  • We fix results of meetings (presentations, trainings etc.) and communications with clients in our CRM system. We can send reports to the Lighting Company showing our activity and informing about new clients.

 

The plans for the nearest future:

  • By the moment we have accumulated big experience in lighting field, collected huge actual client base and earned good reputation. So now we are ready to expand and diversify our business by adding new Brands in our portfolio.
